This is my favorite one from Eddie Ross in Lonny . I am thinking of painting my porch floor glossy white, and the beams too. But then I would need new furniture. Then I would want new windows to protect the new furniture, oh never mind.

yes, LOVE ed's porch. but that last one is pretty stunning too. can you not paint your furniture? and window trim?
ReplyDeletethe furniture is upholstered, vintage stuff from an estate sale. it is cozy. up here in the north it has to be. the wooden stuff is outside on the patio. the windows are horrible aluminum things, they should be the first things we change.
ReplyDeleteahhh to have a porch? we inherited some danish furniture that is currently hidden away in the basement. we're waiting for the next move -- hopefully it involves an indoor/outdoor porch. :)
