I heart power tools


Today I am trying to make 


this


from this.

I started out with a little piece of sandpaper.
Until Mr. Appletree came home and saw what I was doing.

He left the room with out a word
and returned with the power sander.
Placing it on the table and leaving.
Again without a word.

God bless him.
That thing was AWESOME!

    i'm so jealous!!!!! I wanted to do that last spring but could not come up with the trunk....turns out the dog would have used it to relieve himself or chew anyway! :(

    I love it, it reminds me of the petrified wood stumps I saw for thousands, the ABC store in Nyc. Post an after shot, but it looks great so far!
