When I lack inspiration, who else to turn to but Martha? This is the kitchen in her summer home, in Maine. She took all the white dishes out of the cupbaords and put them on a shelf. Then she got a bunch of stools of various sizes and painted them all glossy white. The cool white with the warm wood is one of my favorite combinations.

ReplyDeleteMartha just amazes me sometimes - she never gets old or outdated, her style is always right on.
i was at home depot today and it was all i could do to not rub my body all over martha's new paint samples.
