Polyvore take II
Here is my second attempt at Polyvore. I thought I should try it again because they contacted me, complemented my blog and wanted to chat about my experience with their site. We have an appt. to chat tomorrow. My experience consisted of about ten minutes. So I tried again today. It didn't turn out like I wanted it to. I want to be able to layer without backgrounds. I want some template backgrounds to choose from. I want all these things for my new patio. I want my patio to be built. I want that giant tree out of my yard so we can start building the patio. I want someone to buy the wood from the tree so we can afford to pay the guy with the bobcat to build our patio. I want world peace. What are your experiences with Polyvore?

I also want my blog to not cut off the whole left side of the collage
ReplyDeleteI liked my Polyore experiences. For some reason I can never figure out how to get to the decor stuff, so I've only done it for clothes. The assembly process is fun. They have a good range of stuff. However I can't control the final collage very well (I see you're having cut off issues too)
ReplyDeleteI think you can do this in photoshop with more control over the final product, but it will take more time and require intermediate skill level.
I like the elements you put together very much. Ahem...so where's the Prosecco accoutrements?
Wow you want almost as much as I want!! I haven't tried polyvore yet, however really want to!
ReplyDeleteI hope you will join my designer Giveaway from Pillow Mint!

i have tried. not much of a fan. the template is so small. i enjoy your outdoor room though..
ReplyDeleteI wish I knew how to layer without having backgrounds either! I've tried, and had some success, but would like to have more control over it.
