to put an IKEA floor in my whole house?
Emily did it and it looks great
although not her whole house
and by my whole house
I mean just the main level
where I have hideous
white vinyl
and even more hideous and very old white carpet
that I am sure holds all sorts of
nasties that make my son's allergies worse
and I hate to see him laying on it
I really just want to make some changes
and make it nice
because I'm going through some changes
but mom
I know I don't have the money
so don't email me all worried
although
I only need like 1000 square feet
which would only cost like $1000
so maybe I'll have a carwash or a bake sale
or maybe some big wig at IKEA
will see this and want to prove that
although inexpensive
their floors are durable and nice
and suitable for a house with 3 kids and a dog
and sadly no cat
so they will ship me 1000 feet of Tundra
a girl can dream
peace
xokg
why not?
ReplyDeleteNIce idea!
ReplyDeletei think i would have to see and feel and touch and smell in person before i made a decision about new flooring.
ReplyDeleteDO IT. For that price you can change your mind later but at least you'll be rid of nasty CRAPET which is what carpet should be called, and you can't have let your kid live with crapet if he has allergies. And if you've been in IKEA that's what they lay on they're landing and about 1.6 million people walk on it yearly.

ReplyDeleteOK, just testing, cause I typed my whole response and then it just went into neverland. So, as I was saying, DO IT. At that price you can always change your mind later but at least you'll be rid of that CRAPET, which is what carpet should be called. And you can't let your kid live with crapet if he has allergies. Besides, Ikea has this laid on their landing which abbout 1.6 million people walk on every year. Pretty sure it can handle your kids and dog.
