Trying hard to find the silver lining today; my husband got "terminated without cause" from his job. Mom if you are reading this I tried to call you. Here is what I have come up with: a) my kids will get private skating lessons from the best skater I know, every day. b.) the closet organizers will be put up. c.) the puppy will be house trained d.) he will move on to bigger and better things....

Oh so sorry to hear the news! It's great that you are seeing silver lining in it all. I'm certain that it will all work out in the end!
ReplyDeleteI lost my job last feb and it was one of the best things to happen. I'm not going to lie it's hard to work out things $$ wise while you are trying to work it all out, but in the end it always works out.
Sorry to hear about your bad news - surely it will lead to something better in the future! I am sending you and your family good thoughts!

I've been lurking here and am not sure I've ever commented. I've been in the same boat, and though this sounds trite, I've always ended up in a better position than I was before I got laid off. Best of luck to you and your husband.
