When it's too hot to cook, but not to eat



were approved by my book club 

and really easy to make

and



are easier than they look

and fresh and yummy

I'm no chef

phyllo dough is a hard limit for me

so I was afraid of the wrappers,

but they are very forgiving


real life version: not as pretty as Martha and

I used store bought plum Thai ginger sauce but 

book club was a success

except I didn't read the book
