after setting my alarm for 5:30
every day for a week
and turning it off
every day for a week

today I got up and did
yoga

I feel amazing

trying to make it a peaceful day today

because

Saturday was crazy

shuffling

 3 kids to gymnastics 

hockey

birthday party

and the Chinese grocery store

also working a hockey game 

for my job

but in the end it was a great day

she came to work with me

they made dinner

chinese hot pot

kinda like fondu

but not at all

it was delicious

and I was surrounded 

by family

people are nice and so is my pillow

an update on my athlete

the prayers and support are working

his family is amazingly strong

people are good

I am experiencing 

the goodness of humanity all around me

like this kilim pillow goodness

it was sent to me by a lovely soul

who saw my post

and bought me the pillow

and had it shipped here from Turkey!
